ITALY AND EEC COUNTRIES:
All prices are tax exclusive. A 22% VAT tax will be added at check-out to all deliveries to Italy and the EEC countries. A shipping cost fee will be added at check-out depending on the weight and volume of your purchase and on the destination.
USA AND REST OF THE WORLD:
All prices are tax free. A shipping cost fee will be added at check-out depending on the weight and volume of your purchase and on the destination. Sometimes, not always, once the parcel arrives into the country of destination, the custom offices will charge an IMPORT TAX and, to this, the shipper will be adding his handling fees, for clearing your order from customs. So, if you buy from overseas, you can expect to be charged by the shipper, at delivery, an amount that can vary from 15 to 25% of your order.
We ship with Fedex, UPS and SDA via a Mail Boxes Etc. office. Please allow two to three working days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed, delivery time depends on your destination. For the time being, we are able to ship all over the world except for ARGENTINA, BRAZIL, CUBA and RUSSIA. We are working to solve the problem and we apologize for the inconvenience.

RETURN AND REFUND - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
SALE ITEMS, SWIMMING SUITS, BIKINIS AND SWIMMING TRUNKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
For all the other items, these are your instructions:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Before returning an item, please send us an email to email@example.com and wait for our approval.
Please return items in perfect conditions, accompanied by their original barcode tag and in their original polybag/box/wrapping.
If you are seeking a refund because the item you received arrived damaged, please send us a photo, first. Then we will tell you what to do.
IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, and wish to return an item and be refunded, please return items by PRIVATE COURIER only (Fedex, UPS or others) and accompany them with the provided Return Note (included in the package) to be stamped by customs. We need the custom’s stamp in order to issue a Credit Note and a refund. Follow the instructions on the Return Note in order to fill it up. Please do not put the Return Note inside the package, but give it to the courier to be stamped by customs.
IF YOU ARE IN A COUNTRY INSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, please return your items by private courier or by postal service. As soon as we receive them back and check that they are in perfect conditions, we will refund you.
IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM TO EXCHANGE IT WITH ANOTHER ITEM, please email us your intentions and we will provide you with instructions. We will check if the new item is available and put it aside for you. Then, as soon as we receive your item back, we will ship you your new item.
We will only refund the returned items’ original cost and not the shipping costs. Refunds will be made on the same card that was charged for buying.
